Frédéric Guez

Frédéric Guez has been Managing Director for France and the Benelux countries at Genworth Financial since September 2008. Previously he was Business Development Director for Central Europe: France, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium and Austria. Between 2003 and 2005, Frédéric held the role of Risk Manager for France and Central Europe.

Between 1999 and 2004, Frédéric worked for General Electric where hefollowed GE Capital Europe's Financial Management Program (FMP). This involved work rotations in Germany, the U.K., Brasil, the United States and Canada, in numerous business units (real estate finance, reinsurance, insurance, water purification). During this time, Frédéric held various roles such as Project Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, Controller and Auditor.

After the FMP, Frédéric was appointed Financial Controller for GE Insurance's creditor insurance business inFrance. Before joining GE, Frederic was a Financial Analyst for American Express between 1998 and 1999. Frédéric orginates from Paris, where he is currently based. He graduated from the MBA Institute (Group IPESUP) where he mastered in management, with a specialism in international finance. He is married with two children.
